We would love to confirm plans early too, but we face limitations. For example, we can’t reserve materials too far in advance. We don’t want to confirm designs only to find out that the materials aren’t available for our use.

We recommend contacting us 2-3 months before your intended renovation start date.

Many of our clients indicated a wish to view design drawings before committing their entire renovation budget.

That’s why we created a Design Development Contract. For a small sum, we’ll conceptualize the space usage for your entire home and provide 3D renders for a few key areas of your home.

However, mistakes may happen.

After completing your project, we’ll cover it under warranty for one year. Should any defects arise due to poor work quality, drop us a Whatsapp message, and we’ll get it rectified.
