Modern, minimalistic, luxurious
The rising trend of modern designs inspired Rachel and Sam, who wished to revamp their 5-room HDB. We proposed a modern luxurious design that fit what they wanted exactly.

Black cabinet storage
Rachel and Sam wanted plenty of storage, so we designed a large custom wood cabinet for them. The dark color of the cabinet and the shine of the marble flooring added a sense of luxury to the living space.
Hidden wiring
For a clean look in the house, we rerouted the wires behind furniture to hide them. L-boxes (false ceiling) concealed the wiring for the ceiling electrical appliances.
Concealed laundry area
Originally, the laundry area could be seen from the living room, so we erected a partial wall to block the view.
Frosty the doorman
Rachel and Sam wanted frosted glass doors for the laundry area.
The see-through glass allowed them to see if the lights were on without opening the door.
