John and Adam’s desired design theme was straightforward — white, with splashes of bright colors. They also loved minimalistic, modern designs, so the Scandinavian style was perfect.

Large living area
John and Adam love to spend time together in the living room, so we made them a spacious one — we reduced the size of the existing dining room and enlarged the living room.
This way, the space better suits their unique living habits.
Multi-functional wall extension
Guests could see the bathroom from the entrance in the original layout.
For privacy, we built a wall extension to block the view. The wall extension also doubled as storage for devices connected to the TV.
Same same, but different
They requested a similar layout for both their home offices. To differentiate which office belongs to who, we used their favorite colors to design each room.
Minimalistic dining area
John wanted a simple dining area. So we designed one with white and wood tones to match the overall Scandinavian design of the home.
Bathroom for angels
We designed the bathroom to give off a calming vibe. Now John and Adam can enjoy therapeutic showers every day.
Romantic nights on the balcony
John and Adam love to spend time gazing at the night sky, so we designed a cozy balcony for them to enjoy romantic nights. Colorful Acapulco chairs add flair to the balcony.
