Olivia was a career-focused woman who lived alone. She wanted a comfortable home to relax in after a long day of work. She also had Feng Shui requirements to abide by for her new home.

Two rooms, one TV
Olivia wanted to watch TV from her living and dining rooms, so we built a custom TV console that could swivel 90 degrees.
Watch dramas while eating
The swivel TV allows Olivia to watch her favorite dramas without pause between rest and meal times.
Simple kitchen for one
To maintain a minimalistic look, we built plenty of storage cabinets in the kitchen for Olivia to stow clutter. We used a similar color scheme as the living and dining rooms to create a consistent look throughout the home.
Cozy lights, cozier bedroom
For Olivia’s bedroom, we created a cozy abode by using muted colors and circular accent lights.
Even the most driven people need a good night’s rest.
White and bright bathroom
Olivia wanted a master bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. However, the original space was too small.
To create what she wanted, we first enlarged the space by repositioning the bathroom walls. Next, we rerouted water pipes. Finally, we installed the vanity cabinets, glass shower partition, and sanitary wares.
