Family-friendly home

David and Olivia, a family with a newborn, approached our designer Ade to transform their residence into a kid-friendly space.

We installed a glass partition to create an office space within the living room. Now they can work while they watch their little tots play.

In the office, custom shelves with an edgy design provided additional space for decorations.

The couple loves the island-style dining area as it feels open and welcoming.

Since we custom-built the island, we included plenty of storage space for the couple to stow clutter.

We chose sliding glass doors because they are safer for kids compared to swinging doors.

A clear view through the glass doors also helps the home look bigger and more spacious.

David and Olivia specifically requested a walk-in wardrobe.

So we built a classy black-themed one with customized compartments so that they could easily organize their clothes.
